As cyberDERM’s Technical Support Specialist, Jonn provides technical support for the complete line of instruments from Cortex Technology and Courage + Khazaka. Jonn also functions as the main sales contact, instrument technician and research scientist.

Jonn has visited the Cortex Technology factory in Hadsund, Denmark, for factory training in Cortex equipment.
