The Colorimeter CL 400 measures the color of the skin. Measuring values are expressed as xyz values and are calculated in L*a*b* and RGB as index values. The skin Colorimeter offers very reproducible results on the skin surface and is an ideal tool for comparison measurements. This instrument is specially designed for skin color measurement as the absorption and reflection behaviour of skin differs very much from other materials. It is economic and extremely easy to handle with a short measuring time. There is a large illumination area so that sufficient light reaches the skin surface for the measurement but a small enough measuring area for precise measurements. This probe is available for the C+K MPA-System and as a wireless probe.
